FreeAirShare provides a platform for peer-to-peer file sharing over local WiFi networks. The Service allows users to share files directly between devices without uploading to external servers.

3. User Responsibilities

  • Not share files that infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Not share malicious software, viruses, or harmful content
  • Not share illegal, offensive, or inappropriate content
  • Not use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others

  • Respect the privacy and rights of other users
  • Use the Service on trusted networks only

4. Content Ownership and Rights

You retain all ownership rights to files you share through the Service. By sharing files, you grant other users on the same network the right to download those files.

You represent and warrant that you have the right to share all files you make available through the Service.

5. Privacy and Security

Important Security Notice: FreeAirShare is designed for use on trusted local networks only. The Service does not provide encryption or authentication.

  • Anyone on the same WiFi network can see and download your shared files
  • Do not share sensitive or confidential information
  • Use the Service on trusted networks only (home, office, etc.)
  • Close your browser tab to immediately stop sharing

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service to:

  • Share copyrighted material without authorization
  • Distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful software
  • Share illegal content (pirated software, illegal media, etc.)
  • Violate any local, state, national, or international law
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Collect or store personal data about other users

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
  • Warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • Warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of any content
  • Warranties that files will be transferred successfully

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FREEAIRSHARE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FreeAirShare and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
